You should have received an email from ptassist.com requesting that you submit your Annual Survey or government contract awards. The link in the email will take you the new webpage. No login is required.
We appreciate you taking the time to submit these reports on-line. Completion of these reports by PTAP clients is mandated by our contract with the Defense Logistics Agency. Failure to complete these reports will make your company ineligible to receive any PTAP services including the bid match emails.
